hey quick question, for lit paper 1 do you have to have at least 1 paragraphs on structure or form or is all of them being about language okay? for grades 7+

There is no specific requirement for what techniques you discuss. Coming from the mark scheme, the criteria for analysis is

"• Analysis of writer’s methods with subject terminology used judiciously. • Exploration of effects of writer’s methods to create meanings."

I should point out though most high level answer do discuss structure, since if you talk about different points over the course of a text and how they differ, then that is a structural point.
