Please I could not find the in-tray assessment, can you sign post where I can find it as mine is showing only an interview?

It is in the same email as the original one from HMRC saying they are offering you an interview. There are 3 documents - it is in the second and third one

You should have had 2 emails. One about the interview and one about the I tray assesment. I'd email them if you haven't received it.

Thanks for your prompt response, what got me confused was during the team meeting, the moderator mentioned them availing a document we will use to answer the questions. For clarity, are you saying I should use my own document?

The document you need is in the email attachment.

That is what I had gathered from reading the document from HMRC as it says to upload it as either a word file or a pdf file

The document with the information relating to the task is in the email but we attach it at the end of the interview as a word or pdf - that it what I have gathered at least from the documents supplied

Not yet - my one piece of advice would be to make sure you’ve really taken a detailed look at the CS Success profiles and ensured that you know what it is that they are looking for. It’s better to be over prepared than under 😅

Planning to do tomorrow. Behaviour questions I THINK I am good, the Strengths questions I am slightly stressed as random and might get brain freeze! 😆 🤣 Good luck and let us know how you do.

Also it's only my second CS interview 😆

I have looked at the success profiles and trying to prep on the strengths that I THINK are mapped to this role. But really I feel like it's all going to go out the window when I actually do the interview. Can I have my notes for reference during the interview?

Tbh the strengths are really hard to plan as they are so wide and they are looking for your initial reaction, not a robot response. Don’t worry you can have your notes, just try not to read from them too much

I've only done one before but this was a few years ago before they switched to the success profiles. I'm putting it off until the weekend and it's all I can think about. Can't wait for it to be over with.

Strength questions are hard to plan for. Just look at the strengths related to the behaviours and think about how you relate to each one.

Just had my interview and I feel like I messed up atleast one behaviour and strength each. Honestly there's no way to prep for the strengths.

Well done for getting it done! Hopefully we won’t be waiting too long for results!
