Has anyone received a provisional offer recently? I'm wondering if all the offers for the first cohort are already sent out.

I would think it’ll be a couple of months now before any other provisional offers are made unless anyone fails PECs or decides to withdraw before starting in September

Ah ok. I was quite hopeful I may be offered in the first cohort.

What position are you on the reserve list? I understand how you feel though, so was I but I’m hopeful for the next cycle

14 as of last week . I don't expect much movement as Stratford has limited hiring.

14 is still pretty decent - there’s always hope as the 13 in front of you may find other jobs or the next cycle could have that many positions.

just had a look at my email and it says permanent/standard, does yours not say permanent also? but from that I'd assume it means the same thing

Do you know how many ref did they contact and did they all submit a ref?

How long does it take from submitting all details from provisional offer to getting formal offer?

Reply 594

I got my offer on Wednesday too and it states Standard. It also boldly wrote that "FORMAL OFFER LETTER for external candidates"

So I assume the Standard is pending your probation period for external candidates why Internal might state permanent because they might have already passed through a probation period in their previous role in Civil Service. I hope this makes sense

Mine took just a week. If your reference responds quickly it will fast track the process

Hi. After receiving formal offer and accepting it, is there an expectation to receive any paperwork through the post?
