I didn’t go through the judgement test this time so will apply again. I hope the vacancy opens again this year. Any tips please for the test? Also for the interview do we have to prepare for the strengths link to behaviours or all strengths?

The strengths that were tested last year were learner, negotiator, and service focused. I believe it will be the same this year.

Hi all I keep thinking over the document upload section I submitted last night after the video interview last night and worried it didn’t go through correctly. I uploaded all documents and pressed submit, then afterwards the page would return to the same upload documents page- is this the case for anyone else? So I then repeated the upload a further three times to make sure and subsequently I have received now 4 “Thank you for submitting your interview recording for Compliance Caseworker (362R). We will inform you of the interview outcome when we have reviewed all interviews” emails which makes me think the upload went through however I’m not sure now as the email didn’t mention or confirm the upload. Is this the email everyone else got after document upload or did you receive an additional / different email that mentioned the upload?

Ok thank you, that’s reassuring then, hopefully the documents have been received ok just wasn’t sure as the email didn’t mention the documents at all. Hoping also now that me uploading 4 times won’t be an issue lol

So it's basically 14 points to pass.

Another funny thing I noticed is that with how tough this process was, the salary is still less than that of DWP. I wonder why

But potentially you could get 23 points and still not pass if you only got 1 point for 1 strength questions and got full marks on every other question.
