Yes, if you make some references to main events in the plot, or to any AO2 features that don’t need quotes as well as the extract then I’m sure you’ll get marks for that  definitely enough to pass well

my teacher said if you only talk abt the extract or abt only the wider text you're capped at 10/30! but if you cant remember quotes you CAN use microquotations! like, 'romeo proclaims, "shake the yoke of inauspicious stars"' can be shortened to 'romeo curses the "stars"'

Yes, but try to maximise what you're doing on the extract. Detailed analysis, relating it to any other parts of the play/novel which you can remember - not even needing quotes just say what happened, and try and get AT LEAST THREE paragraphs. You're apparently supposed to have two for extract, two for elsewhere, so it might be hard to find three/four things to talk about in the extract, but try your best. Good luck

ive heard of the two-two structure but my school teaches it as intro, 3 paragraphs, and conclusion. they say the paragraphs should talk abt the beginning, middle, and end of the text so you can show the examiner a knowledge of the progression of the question throughout the text

That makes more sense than two-two in my opinion. We’ve been taught to do: intro, extract, elsewhere, extract, elsewhere, conclusion, which is like so difficult to do twice in 1hr 45.
