Issues with LSE Public Account

How do I contact LSE about this issue? I have tried multiple ways to contact them about my LSE Public Account issues, but to no avail.
I sent them an email on Tuesday but had no reply.
I tried contacting them through Live Chat but can't access it due to my LSE Public Account.
I tried calling them but the call did not go through.
I'm trying to access accommodation but it just doesn't work. :frown:

Are you sure it’s the right number? I called them and they picked up super quickly.

after firming lse how long did they take to send you the public account details
