Open Days updates

This thread is for updating you all on any upcoming Open Days we're running here at Aberdeen! Our Open Days give you the chance to get guided tours of our campus, talks on the subjects we offer and other general student advice, and to meet the lecturers you would be studying with us while here.
We would be delighted for you to join us for these if you're able and if you have any questions about them then please let us know!

We understand that attending Open Days isn't an option for everyone particularly if the university is far away, and so we would encourage you to get in contact with any questions you may have. This Thursday 16th May we have our Postgraduate Virtual Open Day! This is a chance for students all around the world to attend online talks and ask their questions about joining us in Aberdeen. Staff will be able to advise on classes and subjects, but also on student finance and the process of travelling here as an international student. Let us know if you have any questions!

We have the dates for our Undergraduate Open Days for those planning to start university in 2025! There will be tours of our campus, talks from our departments, talks on student finance, the chance to chat one on one with some of our lecturers, and get a feel of what it's like in Aberdeen. If you're able then we would highly recommend going to open days for a couple of unis you're interested in as it really can help you picture yourself studying there. I understand this isn't an option for everyone, and so in that case I would suggest getting in contact with the places you are interested in to ask whatever questions you may have.

We will have a Medicine Open Day on Saturday 8th June and Open Days for all subjects on Tuesday 27th August and Saturday 5th October! You can find more details on these and booking on to them here: https://www.abdn.ac.uk/study/undergraduate-open-day/index.php
