processing sponsor 2 details

my student finance application has been stuck on 'processing sponsor 2 details' for a while now. my mother cannot support my application on her sfe account because it says no account can be found with my details, even though we put the exact same customer number, the exact same date of birth, and/or clicked the link we were given in her email. we submitted a PFF2 form instead and it has gone essentially unacknowledged. i made an error in the first one where i put my mother's title as mrs and not ms (she has not been married), so i uploaded another, but sfe has requested answers to a marital status form which doesn't give the option to say that she is unmarried, and i don't know how to respond to it. i've been getting emails saying a lack of evidence (even though i do have it) will only entitle me to the minimum maintenance loan.

i need a solution to this very soon; i am entitled to maximum loan and without proof of that, i am unable to apply for accommodation bursaries for next year and places for it are already few and far between. please let me know. i wish the site would've just let my mother support it like normal. thank you

Hi there, when did you submit the PFF2? This can take 4-6 weeks to process. If you also check your account (and get them to check theirs) to ensure no further evidence has been requested. If not, then it will process in the timescale above. Thanks, Jason

Hi there. If she has been requested for evidence this will need to be provided in order to progress with the application. She can uplaod a council tax bill with 25% single person discount to show she is the only adult in the household. Thanks, Leah.

i uploaded the first one on the 23rd of april i think, but the website said the next update would be around the 9th of may. if it takes a few weeks to process, will i still be able to apply for things that require sfe to know my household income (i.e. subsidised accommodation) right now?

my mother isn't the only adult in the household, my older sister (who has graduated from uni) lives there as well so i don't think the discount applies. i uploaded a photocopy of our tenancy agreement that has only my mother's name on it, is that enough? i can also upload a bill from british gas with the same if not?

We would also need two household bills in her name (dated within the last 6 months). Thanks, Jason

okay, thanks. do i need to submit the marital status form as well, and just add that she is unmarried, or can i just upload the bills on their own?

do i just leave this blank then, as none of these apply to my mother?

i tried just now and there are no student finance officers available. could you link the pdf here instead?
