Paying off loan during the course

My son will be starting his undergraduate course this year and I'm in the fortunate position of being able to pay for a lot of his expenses. Paying for maintenance and accommodation costs are doable, but it would be a stretch to also pay for tuiton costs.

Is it possible for him to apply for tuition costs (no maintenance loan) and then for me to reduce his balance through his course if I have the funds available?

Hi there, yes he can put 'no' beside the maintenance loan or reduce the amount he wishes to receive. Thanks, Jason

Thanks. Is it also possible to pay off lumps of the tuition loan during his course?
