Student finance help

Hi,
I've recently applied for student finance (a few weeks ago) and I've been having trouble linking my parents accounts to mine. My dad's account doesn't recognise my application, but my mum's does. However when my mum tries to submit her financial details for my application, an error message comes up saying her personal details don't match what I said in my application.
As suggested in other posts, I have filled out a PFF2 form and uploaded it to my mum's account (my dad's account won't let us upload anything) but have heard nothing aside from emails to both my parents reminding them to submit their information.
I have tried calling the helpline and tried the live chat, neither of which were any help.
What do I do??

Hi there, once we receive the form it takes 4-6 weeks to process. If nothing further has been requested to any of your via emails then do keep an eye for your application updating once processed. Thanks, Jason
