Enquiry on how to meet derby offer conditions

Hi.

I got a conditional offer mail from University of Derby. None of the mail, the offer letter and my application/student dashboard states how I can provide the requirements requested to make my offer unconditional. Instead, the offer letter requests that I accept or reject the offer within 14 days of the receipt.

Time is of great essence in the application as the scholarship I am applying for ends today. How do I provide the requirements requested to make my offer unconditional, please?
