How did you find the exam (if any other living soul out there did it)?
I calculated percentage increase instead of decrease for the number of deaths 💀

Honestly, I thought the paper was a bit hard. What was the enzyme in an erythrocyte that forms haematoxylin or whatever the question was? I mean there's always next week lol

Hi guys i hope the exam went well, I put Carbonic Anhydrase for the enzyme found in erythrocytes turning Hb into HHb

Yea I was going to put that but then I thought doesn't carbonic anhydrase convert CO2 into carbonic acid or something like that???

i thought the 4 mark dna extraction question was kinda hard wby guys, other than that it was okay?

i think it was meant to be carbonic anhydrase but i put Cl- for some reason

the more i think about the paper the worse i feel ive done. i had no idea what to write for that 4 marker but i’m hoping for at least 1, as i said crushing helps extract more cells, enzyme could be cellulase to digest cellulose in cell walls, ethanol disrupts phospholipid bilayer exposing the nucleus or something like that

yeah i guess it said evaluate so maybe wed get 1 mark for evaluating? even if what we said was wrong, your answer seems like you could get some marks though
