Uni course is full?
Hi everyone. I wanted to study diagnostic radiography at Sheffield Hallam. I was going to add it as my Extra choice on UCAS or go through clearing.
However, I’ve learnt that the course is full for 2024. I really want to study radiography but I don’t know what to do. Is there a waiting list I can enter? Is there any way for me to get in through clearing?
I didn’t expect the course to be so popular and I’m just wondering if the people who got offers really want to study it or if they just put it as a filler choice?
Please help.

I’ve also tried to contact the uni multiple times now but everytime I ring, no one answers?

DR is a competitive course. Are there any other unis you are considering?

Sheffield Hallam is the only university close to me that does the course so it’s my only option if I want to do radiography..

SHU was in clearing for DR last year, but that doesn't guarantee that it will be in this year. If it is, make sure you are ready for an interview and have shadowing experience and some public-facing work/volunteering experience.
Other options you could consider - Derby, Leeds, Bradford, Leicester.
