Lse 2024

Hi, I'm on a gap year going to LSE next year. I'm from London and am thinking of going to Roseberry Hall for accom. I hear that social/night life can be pretty **** at LSE so was looking to get in contact with LSE people who actually want a balanced uni experience.

hi! i think the social life is what you make of it; i've heard a lot of good things about the social life- i mean you are in london. what course are you doing?

Hi, I completely agree maybe I sounded a bit too negative haha I'm mostly just looking to get in touch with other people who are going tbh. I'm going to be doing history and pol when I get there.

i mean it’s a completely valid concern! i thought that initially too which was the main reason i chose accommodation so that i can have more control over my uni experience and won’t feel like i’m compromising the social life with distance. i’ll hopefully be studying law at lse this september, so i’m up for friendship haha

I'm thinking about inviting a few freshers from LSE & UAL to my home in Colindale London on 6.20 after the maths exam. Boardgames, a small cinema room, pizza (and cat) all on me. u can come if u want

so valid. im having the same thoughts despite not being a drinker, i actually wanna enjoy myself at uni and not wanna drop out within the first couple weeks like the stereotype suggests. my friends up North are gonna be having the time of their lives but hey we are in London which cannot be outdone. We'll find people like us hopefully
