When should you start applying for jobs for uni?

I've been told by my family to start looking into jobs now rather than later since it's a competitive field and people would be doing the same thing closer to september. The problem is I feel like it's too early, especially since I'm trying to focus on my A-Levels. I was wondering when the best time to apply was. I've already started looking into some new jobs. I have some experience with working, but the job I work in right now doesn't have any stores where I'll be moving to. So far I've only applied to Mcdonalds since I've worked there before for over a year and I've looked around for other potential stores to apply to like Aldi.Should I wait a little bit before applying to any more jobs?

I think you said it yourself, you are trying to focus on A-Levels. Keep your focus on the current moment, don't try to stack too many responsibilities on your mind at once. I reckon, if you start looking for jobs once your a-levels are done, you'll still be pretty early. Good luck for your A-Levels and job search!

Id start lookng for jobs once your a-level exams are done. You dont want to start looking too early. And you dont want to take the focus away from your exams either.
Once you have finished your a-level exams you can start looking in a bit more detail.
