Is Goldsmiths worth it or?

Hi, I've got an offer for Media/Comms here and reading about all of the strikes and further cuts the university plans to take I'm not sure on whether to put it as my firm or not. I know it's in London which is a media hub and thriving city, but I've also heard that the staff tend to go off-topic and are sometimes careless with feedback/timing. Quite a few people have commented on the lack of teaching due to strikes too and etc. So, has anybody got any advice on these issues at GS and whether going here would be worth it at all?
