How to stop being tired in exams

I'm so drained and tired. I sleep well the night before but I wake up and it's just sleep hanging over me. Then I can't concentrate in exams

Maybe try eating something before going into the exam to give you an extra boost of energy to help you focus in the exam

try fruits like bananas, apples and pears for breakfast. they give energy off slowly and are supposed to be good for stamina

When you wake up jump up and down as much as possible. Gets your blood flowing and gives you energy. Drink water, take iron tablets, make sure you eat loads of healthy food, eating sugar isn't good for you rn

Get some natural energy bars, eat them in the morning. Drink lots of water too

I've been tired recently but doing this kind of stiff has helped me too, hope you do well in your exams😊
