Help on changing university

Hello, I want to change the university I'm attending and I haven't started the course yet as I will be in my First Year. It will be the same course, it's only the university I want to change as I heard back from them and I got in.

Do I have to fill in the 'Change of Circumstances form'? The 'How to change your student finance application' video, it showed I could do this through the website itself. And can I upload the form online in 'Upload your supporting evidence'?

Hi there, If you click on your current application, there is an option on the right-hand side of the page to view and manage your application. Here you will be able to amend your university, course, course year or living location etc. This then takes an estimated 11 working days to process. If it doesn't allow you to do this it will prompt you to download the CO1 form which you can then upload digitally to your account. Thanks, Jason

Hi, yes I'm only seeing the CO2 form right now. Is it because my application is still processing? Will I see these options after it processes and goes onto the details part?

Is it a part time application that you're looking to make changes to? Thanks, Jason

I'm sorry I don't know what you mean by part time. I just want to change the university that I'll be attending, the rest I want to keep the same.

Is the course you're looking to study full time or part time? If it's a part time course then complete and upload the CO2 form to your account with the new course details. Thanks, Jason

Full-time, I was just wondering if the reason why I was being redirected to the CO1 form page is because my application was still in processing?

What's the name of the university you're studying at? Thanks, Jason

I put in UEA as a placeholder as I got an unconditional, but I want to change it into Uni of Surrey. I haven't started the course yet or anything.

Thank you. If it's a full time course (and application) then it should be a CO1 form that was sent to you and not a CO2. If you want to contact us via the live chat in your account we can check this and help you get this rectified. Thanks, Jason
