Yes it is possible to work part-time alongside your nursing degree.....

During university studying blocks you'll be able probably to work few hours after finishing university each day if you want to or otherwise work weekends only.

During your placements blocks you can fit in a part-time job if you have a good employer who are flexible with student nurses due to the way there schedule works each week 😔.
Your only problem is if the employer not flexible with you....... You need to discuss this with your potential employer about working flexible days during your nursing placement.

Remember that you must put your nursing degree first and foremost over anything else, if you can manage both then do it.

I used to work full-time in retailing in big name supermarket but went part-time when I started my midwife degree but I had a good manager who was very understandable and flexible with the likes of nursing students which helped but not all managers are like this. I was able to work throughout my three years of the degree course and I'm still working currently with the supermarket although I have been qualified for a good few years now.

So I would suggest you discuss the possibility of being able to work flexible days with your potential employer okay. Hope you get it sorted out 😃 😃
