brainfog is ruining my life

I have my gcses and its not going well for me. Im not able to think properly and my performance in exams is going downhill. Im so scared because in my english lit exam i wrote near to nothing because i couldn't even think properly as i have recently been getting brainfog and its so scary to even think about my future, im so worried before i was never like this i just want to know if i will ever get better :frown: I know i could have done sm better too in the exam but its not just that exam its all of them and i want to know if this brainfog will ever leave. Im losing friends because of it, im failing exams . Had anyone else going through something like this? I know my mental health hasn't been great because of my family issues and exams and i cant even talk to people. All i want is to get the best grades possible but it feels impossible . i cannot remember anything anymore and nobody is taking me seriously please help me out with some advice. This isnt normal
Hey, im sorry you're going thru this. Idk if this might help but as soon as you enter the exam hall, forget about everything else and think only about the paper in front of you. As soon as you feel your brain getting distracted or foggy, slowly bring it back to focus. Read the ques slowly (I use my pen to underline key words), really ask yourself what is the examiner trying to test me on. You honestly might be really tired so have a good nights rest today it shoud help
