I already uploaded PFF2 form to my account and I tried to upload it digitally to my parent's account but it doesn't work. Should I instead send a letter? Also, when trying to support my application on my parents account, a problem occurs. It's still asking for sponsor 2 details as well.

Thanks for confirming.

It can take 22 working days for processing. If any chaser emails are sent you can ignore them.

Hi there,

As I mentioned previously, any chaser emails can be ignored if you or your parent receives them as we have the PFF2 form. We need to manually process the PFF2 whereas the system doesn't recognise it so triggers chaser emails.
