Most likely getting kicked out of uni, what are my options?
Okay so I am not proud of this but I falsified my gp fit note as evidence for mitigating circumstances aka to get an extension on an assignment. And I got caught, they detected that the date was amended.
Now I'm being investigated and they are also on to me about my last gp fit note which was also falsified.
Basically my case is super weak.
I have a student conduct meeting with the investigator and clerking in 2 days.
My gp fit notes were both about my mental health being the reason why I was unable to get my assignments done. This part isnt even a lie but to be honest I was too embarrassed and simply too depressed to call my gp and explain this at the time to get a fit note.
In my second fit note I even stated I was in a clinic for mental health treatment for 3 weeks which is why I was unable to do my assignment. I know, I'm so dumb.
I have no idea what to say during the meeting other than the truth which is more than likely going to get me kicked out.
My attendance is also beyond poor. What are my chances of getting into another university? Especially at this time of the year? Through clearing do I have any chance? I am in first year btw.
