yes dont withdraw your ucas application as you can only make 1 application per year. Decline any offers. You will have nothing and then be able to use clearing. @PQ @McGinger @Admit-One Can you advise on this as you have more specialised knowledge in this area.
‘Withdraw’ in UCAS lingo means to remove yourself from the entire application cycle. You will not be able to use clearing.

If you want to be eligible for clearing then you either need to change your offer replies to Decline, (UCAS can do this for you if you chose more than 14 days ago) OR wait until AL results day and a “release myself into clearing” button will appear on Hub.

What is your current status on UCAS?

Withdrawing would mean that you would not be able to use clearing
