Fee status for british hm force spouse

Hi,

I have a question regarding my fee status, I came to London in Oct 2020 as short term student (6 months) and convert to HM spouse visa (limited leave to remain). I am planning to study from 2024 Sept as Undergrad student in London. I wanted to know if I will be eligible for home student fees as I've been staying with my current spouse visa for the past 3+ years here and I'm a bit confused with the infos given in the UKCISA.

The University is planning to give me Overseas rate but I was been told after 3+ years I can pay home student, and I also contacted the student loan from gov and they said I am eligible for the £9250 loan but the University itf is giving me overseas..I am self employed for the past few years as well :smile:

We can't determine what fees you will be charged, as this is the decision of your university. You would need to discuss this further with them.
