The Mont IQ accommodation in Edinburgh

Hey guys,

Anybody here who knows something about The Mont IQ student accommodation in Edinburgh?

I am thinking of booking a room there, but Google reviews are terrible, mainly because of the construction works going on around there. I would like to know whether it's really that bad? Are there any positive experiences?

The accommodation is completely new, so I cannot imagine that it's going to be all bad....
