Which form do I fill if I have eu pre settled status?

Hello, I have been very confused about which form I have to complete as my friend who is also European, completed PN1 form. But whenever I try to get to fill the form, the website gives me the EU24N form. I am really confused on which form I have to fill, I have been in England since 2019 btw. Even though I do not want a maintenance loan, I still want want to know which one I have to apply to.

I do not work, I am full time student. I moved here with my parents in 2019 and they are still here, my dad has Spanish nationality and pre settlement status and my mom has Pakistani nationality, she can stay without any issues.

Yes, he is self employed. My mom is a stay at house mom

Just to clarify, if you only want the Tuition Fee Loan then the EU24N is definitely the correct one to use since you have pre-settled status.
There's another form that you can use called the PN1, but this is only used if you want to claim the Maintenance Loan and if one of your parents is working in the UK.

As i won’t be living in university accommodation, should I just fill EU24N? Or can I fill PN1 form and choose not to get a maintenance loan.
