How Non-academic misconduct on my file will affect my chances of getting into a PhD

Hello,

I completed my master's and am now applying for a PhD position at the same university.

During my postgraduate, I was living in the university dorm, and I had several issues with my flatmates. One of the girls accused me of verbal abuse and irresponsible behaviour and reported it to our university support officer.

They called me for investigation, and after that, I was issued an informal warning, but the officer said It would stay on the student record. I was not fined, and no block was placed on my name, just an informal written warning.

Now, I will apply for a PhD at the same university.

How will this affect my chances of getting a PhD?

How will this show in my character?

Will the PhD committee be able to see the informal warning?

Also, I was rude to my student support officer and called them useless and biased in the email. He said my comments were noted. Will he add them to my profile?

Am I overthinking?
