KCL UCL London Accommodation Swap 2024/25

I currently have room at International Hall from September 2024/25 - 40 weeks contract Single Catered Room £276 a week the closest station is Russel Square. The room is ideal for a UCL or KCL strand student as it is only a short walk/bus from campus (less than 20 mins) it’s a great price for the location plus catering!

I’m looking at swap for any accommodation with a KCL student at:
Great Dover Street
Stamford Street
Wolfson House
Orchard Lisle House

or another UCL residence, I'm also interested in private student accommodation from 2024/25 - let me know if you can help as I’m looking for accommodation closer to Guy's Campus!

If this is still available - I have accomdation at Julian Makram House (Kings residence) which is a single bed ensuite in Elephant and castle. It is a 23 min walk from Guys campus and 7 mins by bus, I would be open to swapping / transferring. Thanks and please let me know.

Hi, I have a single person studio tenancy takeover for students until mid July, but the only catch is rent must be paid in full rather than installments (eg. a guarantor may need to pay on your behalf). It's in Ladywell/Lewisham. If this is something which you can do and you're interested, let me know. I know this may not match your requirements, so no worries if not.
