Occupational Health Fitness to Train self harm and eating disorder admission

I was offered a place on a dental nursing course and had to do my Occupational Health Fitness to Train questionnaire and it asked if i had a history of self harm of eating disorders and i said yes. However in the explanation section of this question i said 'I had an eating disorder at age 13 and self harmed from the ages of 14-17'. Im about to turn 19, can they revoke their course offer because of the self harm and Eating disorder?

I said yes to this question because in the terms and conditions they said they would have access to my medical records, so i couldnt exactly deny it.

I got an email after submitting the form that an appointment has been made for me to discuss my answers, what does this mean?
I dont do either of these things anymore and i have been clean from self harm for almost two years, im fully fit to practice.

Hi there,

They will want to discuss it in a bit more detail with you, and determine if you need any adjustments to your course or if you require any assistance. I study adult nursing, and have worked alongside students who have had ED's and self-harmed in the past prior to beginning the course, and they just had a chat with the university about how best to support them
