Hi, my mom is getting her indefinite leave to remain in November of this year meaning l will be eligible for student finance this year thus l decided to start uni next year 2025 . Do you think the student finance people will approve me before uni starts if l apply the second l get my indefinite this year in November

Currently lm a dependent on my moms visa. Mom and l are applying for our indefinite leave to remain in November this year since it will mark our 5th year living in the UK . And l will be starting a brand new course in Jan 2025 .
