how did people find the paper? Feel like it was difficult compared to past years (screw edexcel), but still managed to work through all the questions, especially since I do further aswell.

I found it similar to you I felt really dumb since I do further as well, but in all honesty I think some of the stuff was fair and I picked up the marks that I needed, I am just hoping for a low grade boundary and to be honest screw the first part of the circles question 😂. It also didn’t help that I am currently running on a lack of sleep and I didn’t really revise at all for this exam so I don’t really deserve to do well in honesty in this one! It was definitely harder than 2023

I thought it was brutal compared to the mock we did, but the questions were doable. The ones that I couldn’t really answer were the ones where I couldn’t do part a, but in the last five I managed to go back and do b c and d.

that was absolutely awful, worst paper i’ve ever seen and i averaged 85+ in all the past papers

A lot of my friends worked backwards, bro the number of trig identities and different ways I tried to attempt the q 😭

Way harder than 2018-2022, 2023 was a little harder but this! OMG. They over compensated on this one. Hope that means the grade boundaries will be lowered!

Trust me I need them to be Low. paper 1 is supposed to be my good paper as well so much graphs could have had a nice prove from first principles but no they choose stupid things
