Student is disabled and qualifies for Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA).
•
Student has been treated as incapable of work for a continuous period of 28 weeks or more.
•
Student is disabled and is eligible to receive Disability Premium or severe Disability Premium.
•
Student is aged over 60 or becomes 60 during AY
•
Waiting to return to a course after taking agreed time out due to an illness or caring responsibility that has now ended and the HEP are preventing them from returning until a later date
•
Student is deaf and qualifies for Disabled Students’ Allowances.
•
Student is entitled to Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
•
Student is entitled to Disability Living Allowance (DLA).
•
Student is entitled to Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP).
