Sponsors email is wrong

I have submitted the wrong emails for my sponsor to SFE, meaning they haven't received the link.
I tried getting them both to make accounts and clicking on 'support a students application', after entering my CRN and date of birth it says our details don't match. Really confused as we both have same address, no idea what it could be.
Any help with this would be appreciated.
