Uclan Veterinary - Is it worth applying for both foundation and "normal" course?

Hey!

I'm a year 12 student wanting to go to University of Central Lancashire for a Veterinary medicine degree. Due to not taking A level chemistry (and a bad gcse grade) I can only apply at uclan so it's my ONLY option for veterinary.
Is it worth applying to both the foundation AND the normal undergraduate degree? (If its possible anyway) I just want to maximise my chances into getting into a vet course.

Thanks!

Hi @MikaylaLC,

Great to hear that you are looking to study Veterinary medicine at university. I know that for September 2024 entry applicants were able to apply for both.

To get clarification on this, you are welcome to have a chat with our friendly course enquiries team who will be happy to discuss through your options.

You can either contact the team by emailing [email protected] or you can call the team on+44 (0)1772 892444 for support.

Do let me know if you have any questions about our courses or life here at UCLan and I'd be happy to help. 😊
All the best,
Sarah
