How will parent emigrating affect student finance application?

I will start at Uni in Sept 2024. My single parent mum will have to complete a PFF2 form as her 2023-24 income (£14,363) is 15% less than 2022-23 (£16,645).
She will be emigrating in October 2024 and her last pay day is 31 August 2024. She will not have any income until she obtains a visa. Should she complete another PFF2 form when she leaves work in August or wait until year 2 application ?
I will not be estranged but will effectively be homeless as I will not have anywhere to go home to and anticipate arranging to stay at university in the holidays, unless staying with friends occasionally.
Could you tell me whether she needs to keep updating student finance of her changes in circumstance ?
