How did everyone find Further Pure 1 and 2. I found Further Pure 1 alright, and Further Pure 2 utterly awful

Did you do the negative repricocal for the the reflected for line or just the negative gradient for the last q on fp1?

I did negative reciprocal - I wasn't able to finish the q due to time restriction.
I am not sure if i am correct
Yeah i did negative reciprocal and got a nice answer but by just googling i saw that reflection is f(-x) so it prob wrong

I got the value for p as 8 rt(3)

FLip, btw for the first inequality q how many x ranges did you get, did you also get a val like root 2 by 2

by using just negative gradient? cus I got p = 5

yeah, like -1<x< -root(2) U root(2)/2 < x < 1
did you have to do set notation?

actually getting my hopes up here because I got 8root3 somehow, but I wrote after the part I wrote 8root3 so do you think they’d invalidate it?

More or less the same for me. FP1 was decent and FP2 was so so bad

What were your values for a in the vector q?

-5 -7, lowkey I think I’m getting a C this year but I’ll work towards an A in the next

Can any one remember any of today's Further Pure 1 questions? I'm sitting FP1 A level and worried about it. Would help my revision if someone can share more details? Thanks.

I did the NR and got p/8 or something like that. I got lost on the Question and couldn't figure where to go from there.

I got 1,-1, and plus/minus root 2 over 2
