Sponsor 1 Disappeared

Hi,
My dad's side of the sponsor disappeared. I logged onto his account and it said his details do not match the details that I submitted, and then his Sponsor disappeared?What do I do?

Hi there,

This is an error we're aware of, sorry this is happening.

In this case we'd recommend that your Dad completes the PFF2 form instead. You can then upload the form on your account, and that's all we'll need from him.

The form doesn't need to be signed or dated. Just to let you know, we're currently processing these forms in 22 working days.
