Hi everyone,
I'm an international student in my final year (January intake) at UWE Bristol. I'm currently exploring options for a Master's degree starting in January.
I've narrowed it down to two programmes that align with my interests and have similar entry requirements:
MSc Project Management at UWE Bristol: This option offers tuition fee discounts, especially with a potential 2:1 classification. Financially, this is very attractive for an international student. However, Project Management is not my first choice.
MSc HRM at Aston University: This programme aligns perfectly with my interests. While Aston offers the programme in January and the fees are higher but manageable, the biggest challenge is the potential logistics of relocating from Bristol to Birmingham in December/January with a tight schedule.
I'm seeking advice on how to navigate this decision. Here are some key factors I'm considering:
Reputation of Aston University: Is Aston a well-regarded institution in terms of facilities and teaching for HRM?
Employability: Considering future career goals, which programme would offer better job prospects (MSc Project Management or MSc HRM)?
Any insights or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated!
