I was just wondering, for the questions with a figure, if I haven’t mentioned the phrase “in the figure” but I did mention the features in the picture, will that still cap my mark at level 2?

Depending on how many marks the question is, unfortunately, you’ll probably be capped at level 2 and only be able to receive half marks because you can’t get full marks without mentioning the figure
