In part (c), you are attempting to work out how far the car travels before it stops.

You should be able to work out how far it travels when it slows down from a speed of 60 km/h using the formula you have found before, but you also need to account for reaction time. The way you would do this is with

Total distance travelled in stopping the car = distance required to bring the car speed of the car to 0 (i.e use the formula you found in part (b)) + distance travelled during reaction time.

Can you work out how far the car will have travelled in the 0.8 seconds it takes the driver to react? Note that they’ve told you the speed is 60 km/h.
