Gaining weight during GCSE season

I’ve gained like 2kg over GCSE season, and I was wondering on how to lose the weight once GCSE’s are over. Does anyone have any advice to lose the weight really quickly like in 1-2 weeks?

ive been going through the same, gcses are very stressful.
however there's no way to lose a lot of weight 'really quickly' in a healthy way, thats just a myth.
what i have been doing though is drinking a lot of water and going on a jog/run for an hour in the park as a de-stresser and for some exercise, ive find that its helped my physical and mental health. alternatively, you could do home workouts on youtube, or get a gym membership. keep in mind your diet plays a massive role in losing weight too.

Thank you! I’ve realised I’ve been snacking on a lot on junk food, so I’ll definitely cut that out and try to move more rather than just being sat at my desk all day
