Idrk man, I kinda just wanna know if my guy friend likes me because he shows signs but I can't really tell and I really don't want to make him sad or mad.

Ask him on a date. Keep it casual, but make it clear where and when you want to meet, eg fancy getting lunch together on Saturday at X? The food there is great...

Brooo I really can't do that cause it's gonna be so awkward and like I don't have the time. Also I our parents know eachother so their gonna ask about it and like I have really strict conservative parents who won't let me hang out with guys, let alone go out on a date with them

Again, TRIANGLE - look at left eye, mouth then right eye - do this a few times when u guys r talking hopefully he will get the hint!!! Good luck, go get em!

In that case you can let your parents do the arranging and then judge his behaviour when you meet up.
I don't think they like the way he behaves cause they know him and his family. Also we see eachother literally nearly everyday but we don't talk and we even go as far as to pretend to not know eachother. Also he told me many times that if someone asks me about him to say that I don't know him.
