Greenhead college

Can’t decided wether Greenhead is worth going to or not. I know it’s got a good reputation and I’ve been accepted I’m just wanting advice from people who are there or have been there to help me decided where to go

Hello. I have had multiple friends who have been to Greenhead who have had a less than great experience. Given that it's a prestigious school, the teachers put you under a lot of pressure. My friends have told me that their teachers have predicted them grade boundaries that are much higher than their capabilities, so it looks good on their application papers to universities. Greenhead has a big focus on sending students to top unis. Teachers tend to focus more on the students who are already working towards promising grades instead of those who might need more help. Going to Greenhead has taken a huge toll on one of my friends' mental health.

It's not worth it. Please please look into other colleges / sixth forms in the areas.

Hey just finished my final year at greenhead, it was the best experience. I literally was one of the only people from my school and the way everyone was just great. The teachers are great and supportive and the people make it so much better

Hi! I’ve just finished my first year and I love it, although i personally have not had issues during the first year, they promote many services to help support students dealing with whatever they may be dealing with. Overall, it’s amazing
