a level revision advice

i got to be so real i have not been putting in as much effort as i should be and i know for a fact that i can do more revision but i just can't bring myself to
i'm scared my lack of motivation and discipline will prevent me from doing my best in my a levels but i still cant seem to get myself to care no matter what
i'm 2/9 exams through and for the first 2 i literally revised the night before the exam and i'm scared that's going to be the case for every exam and i won't get the results i want
anyone got any advice on how i can bring myself to revise and do it effectively?
