Prison for hate speech.

I told my dad that I choose my faith and no one else.

My dad told me ‘you are not good to talk to. What do you mean you choose your own faith?’

This is not the first time I reported him for religious hate speech and even when I did, nothing happened, so who will call for him to be imprisoned?

How long are you expecting your father to be imprisoned for your minor theological disagreement?

With the upmost respect, what your dad said is not hate speech. If he insulted you based on your chosen faith than sure, report him, but telling you that you aren’t good enough to choose your own faith doesn’t qualify as hate speech

It is not minor and it is forever that I will expect him imprisoned.

It completely qualifies as so. Just not legally. It is like Britain bombing Yemen not legally classed as terrorism, except that this is worse, but still either way.

It completely doesn’t qualify as hate speech, do you even know what hate speech is? I’m literally as progressive as you can get and I’m massively against hate speech, but this just isn’t hate speech. Is it rude and disrespectful? Yes. Hate speech? Not at all. And if you know it isn’t hate speech in the eyes of the law, then you should know your dad isn’t going to get punished no matter what you do. And Britain bombing Yemen would be considered terrorism legally, there’s this thing called the UN

You are more likely to get in trouble for wasting police time than your dad is for so-called 'hate speech'.
