How to deal with A-Levels while being extremely sick

Since Monday, I've been completely out of it. Constantly fatigued, vomiting, diarrhoea with blood and stomach aches. Is this just food poisoning, or should I get it checked up with a doctor? I've been off getting it checking out due to A-levels since I had an exam on Thursday, the 15th, and have three this week on the 20th, 21st, and 23rd.*

And for these exams, should I try and request rest breaks even if they are unlikely to be given? (I'm currently needing the toilet every 1 hour 30ish and am on it for at least 10 minutes, which is time I don't want to lose from my exam since I wouldn't be able to finish the papers.).*
