help ! i used 'this signifies, illustrates, demonstrates...'

guys today is eng lit paper 2 but i realised that i did not 'suggests' or implies'........ i only used signifies and illustrates.... can i not get the higher. marks??

The different words (like imply, connote, etc..) are not specifically in the mark scheme throughout, and are not needed to be used specifically, although it would be ideal to use them, it may only affect the 4 marks SPAG in question one and the AO2 slightly with no significant impact on your overall marks in general. In summary, if the content of your essay is of high quality, you are not really cooked.
