LUC(Leiden University College) Vs PPLE

Hey y'all, I'm in a bit of a pickle right now, and looking for some advice. I got accepted into both LUC and PPLE(for those who are not familiar, two pretty good dutch social sciences programmes), and I'm wondering which one should I choose. LUC provides cheap and good housing, but PPLE has more prestige and its teaching quality may be somewhat better(or its just succesfull advertising, I wouldn't know), so I'm just wondering, does anyone here have experience with these two, and opinions on which one is better? thanks in advance!

Hi, I'm facing the exact same choice this year. I'm wondering, where did you end up going and how do you like it? Thanks!

Hey guys, I faced the same dilemma 5 years ago and I ended up choosing LUC. Best decision I have ever taken in my life.
LUC's housing is not the only positive side of the program, let me say that student satisfaction is much higher. LUC's professors are highly talented but also caring. Critical thinking and creativity really come out from your studies. Social life at LUC is fascinating, and full of events. Living in the centre of The Hague makes you be able to fully explore the city to the fullest. Let me mention that going abroad, or taking a minor is something that you will surely do at LUC! Forget that experience at PPLE.
Out of all these points, from my friends that took PPLE, I can tell you that most of them did not fully share the same experience. Retakes were constant... Exchange: inexistent. Professors... they were alright. Overall, they were somewhat happy. While LUC has made people love the institution, traditions and has fantastic prospects for masters (most people go to Sciences Po, LSE, Hertie School...)
