A Level Maths

Hi, I am currently in Year 12 studying A Level Maths Edexcel. How do I revise for maths?

I really struggle with maths and I don’t understand the basic content let alone to more advanced questions and principles. I am a visual and auditory learner?

Does anyone have any recommendations please.
Thank you

Youtube videos like TLMaths and mainly practise questions from the edexcel pearson textbook, the answers in the back of the textbook are rubbish but there are fully worked solutions on physicsandmathstutor in the solution bank which explain the questions better

I'm also doing edexcel in year 12, i did get a tutor so that helped a lot but otherwise youtube is so useful! i tend to make notes from my textbook, do a couple dr frosts and watch youtube videos if im struggling on a topic and then do a mixture of past papers, practise questions and mixed exercises from the textbook (physics and maths tutor is great for testing your knowledge and finding out the topics you may need extra help in). one of my main recommendations would be to ask your teacher tho (i go to a high school sixth form so depending on the type of school youre studying at that may be harder for you) i know its hard to ask especially as i was very behind at the start of the year considering i didnt do further maths gcse and i wasnt in set one for year 10/11 however its the best way to learn.

I know I'm late to the thread, but I sat my A-level maths for edexcel last year (and am sitting FM this year), achieving an A and can confidently say Physics and Maths Tutor is an absolute lifesaver as they provide topic based questions. I'd recommend attempting to locate areas you find difficult then going through PMT's notes and attempting the topic questions!

On top of that do plenty of AS papers and if you get bored of those try some A-level papers for the topics you can do as the questions tend to be slightly more difficult!
