show that the area of the triangle ADE is 1/4x^2 m2
AED right angle by pythag
AED isos so AE=ED (1) and hence AE^2=ED^2 (2)
x^2/2=AE^2.
area=1/2(AE.ED)
=1/2(AE)^2.....................usin g(1)
=1/2(x^2/2)=x^2/4
